Elway #1 and Marino #27 started from Day 1

 

Eason #15 and O'Brien #24 sat out for the better part of the year.

 

 

Just saying ....for every Aaron Rogers there is a bust as well.

 

I think each person develops in their own way .... there is no magic formula.
