If Gus and Co. are serious about changing the culture, set the example and cut Blackmon and move on. Hanging onto issues like these does nobody any good and keeps a dark cloud over the situation.

The best person that can relate to this situation is Cris Carter. The best thing for the Jags to do in order to help Blackmon is to cut him. I would rather him succeed in the league with another team when kill someone under DUI or wind up having serious mental and health issues.

Theres no reason why he can't get clean and do that while here. Just because Cris Carter situation evolved the way it did doesn't mean that has to be the same method for every case.
