I think when you weigh his words in the post in question with the subsequent post, I think it is clear there was no insult intended there.

 

He is endorsing the front office's strategy here.

 

I would think after years of unmitigated negative posts from him (and largely accurate assessments of the FO's strategy/effectiveness, TBH), he shouldn't be attacked for something like this.
