I just hope when the Jags do give Bradley that raise, that they never do five year contract extensions again. 3 years and under are plenty. Gotta learn from the JDR mistake. 
 

I'm not expecting it to happen now.  But, if the team makes a huge improvement from year 1 to year 2, he'll get a new deal during year 3.  I've got no problem with a 4 or even 5 year deal.  It's not my money.  If it takes that to secure a good coach, then you do it.
