What do you know about the incentives?  Have you seen the contract?

Even if he's being paid $20 millions next season, that salary will come from the $61 million guarenteed, which is the only number that really matters.  And his guarenteed money spread over six years, not three years like that of Romo and Cutler.  Unless Kaep plays gawd-like for the next six years, he won't even see 80 percent of that $121 million.  I'm not sure why people are so sensitive when they see questionable top 10 players getting big contract.  Flacco, Romo, Cutler, Ryan, and even Kaep aren't going to get paid every dollars off their contact.
