The Easter Show being booked on the usual date to me doesn't indicate that the Easter Show just happened to book it first... the NFL let that happen.

Basically, the NFL can host the draft wherever and whenever they want. An freakin Easter Show is not going to postpone the plans of a multi billion dollar business.

It might be Dolan being a doofus - but I think it was a calculated move by the NFL to move it back a few weeks.

They gave the Easter Show excuse to make it seems less conspicuous.

I'll give you one thing - I don't know much about Dolan. Is he that much of a screw-up (before I do my quick google search)?

How did the NFL "let" someone else book first? Shouldn't the onus be on RCMH to call the league office and check with them before they book another event on the traditional long time draft weekend? Seems like it to me.
