Yeah, and? Did Chip Kelly leave all of the sudden? Did Foles go to another team?  No, he is still in Chip Kelly's offense...with Maclin, Matthews, Cooper, McCoy, Sproles, Ertz and Celek receiving passes from him.  Might not win a Super Bowl, might not be All-Pro, but we are talking Fantasy Footbal production here.  Look at what Foles did last year in what, 10 games? 

 

I never said he was going to break Peyton's records this year (although he did throw 7 in one game like Peyton last year).  My purpose for the post was to say he should be seen as the best of the 2nd Tier QB's if you are not targeting one in round 1 or 2 of your draft.

 

Tier 1 - Manning, Brees, Rodgers

Tier 2 - Foles, Luck, Ryan, Newton.
