Kelly prefers mobile QB, who also possess the other skills as well. 

 

Kelly will obviously stick with Foles in the short term, but as soon as a legit opportunity arises to get "his" QB, Foles is history. They'll probably get some sucker to give 'em a nice return in a trade, too, as people will be fooled by the inflated numbers. (AJ Feely deal)  I always thought Reid was a master at that....Kelly might prove to be even better.
