On the subject of "The Decision". The thing most people don't know about that is that he did it to raise money for the boys and girls club. He did not want to do a special on ESPN about it but one of his people told him that he could raise money for charity by doing it. Its funny that when I tell most people about this, their opinion of him changes. To me it never bothered me that he did "The Decision" but after learning that it made me appreciate the individual his is even more.

There are other, less "look at me" ways to do charity work. I'd say it's more likely that the people that you think you are swaying are probably just trying not to hurt your feelings regarding your Lebron mancrush. I chuckled at the notion that Lebron didn't want to do "The Decision" but decided to put his hometown team through the humiliation anyway all in the name of charity.
