From what I've read, the truck driver of course is at 100% fault for the incident. I have an uncle who is a truck driver, delivers mail up and down the east coast. I remember him telling me once that sometimes, a lot of companies put such a time restraint on a lot of these drivers so much, that 4-5 hours of sleep a day can seem like average. If that's true, something needs to be regulated to ensure that these drivers are getting enough sleep to operate these rigs.
