Could Jacksonville support a pro baseball team?

No, it seems like people all over the world are moving to Jacksonville, I doubt many of them care about baseball. As for the Armada moving to MLS:

The champion of Division II NASL is not automatically promoted to Division I Major League Soccer, and the team finishing last in NASL is not automatically relegated to Division III USL-PRO. I guess it's one more reason to support the Armada if you are a soccer fan. Plus they have a cool name. |
