I guess it kinda looks good on paper, but I see very few ways where that situation can work successfully.

The only reason I think it could work is Pat Riley. If he believes melo can buy into the way things work in Miami then maybe this master plan will work.


If miami loses it doesn't matter though. I think lebron leaves if they lose this series which brings up the interesting point diesel pointed out. Maybe melo is an option as part of a big 4 or the replacement should lebron leave. Seems farfetched because he doesn't fit the philosophy (unless he changes his entire game).
