The plans they showed renderings of a short while back showed how it would look, and the centerpiece of it is an indoor practice facility and offices for the team.  If what I was told recently about the companies who have already said they'd participate in the development if Khan decided to spearhead it, it would really change the entire dynamic about what people think of life downtown.  We're talking about major restaurant, retail, and hotel companies who want to be part of the project.

pretty much put the nail in the coffin of any remaining (ideas) that the team isn't in Jacksonville for the long haul.   :thumbsup:
