pretty much put the nail in the coffin of any remaining (ideas) that the team isn't in Jacksonville for the long haul.   :thumbsup:
 

I didn't mention anything about fast food. 

 

Khan has already invested in other areas around town, but this would be a huge move for him.  There's also talk they're looking at bringing in a world class aquarium to boost tourism in the area. 

 

I was told by someone who has been privy to the plans that there won't be any question about the commitment of the team staying in Jacksonville if they move forward with this project, and it sure sounds like they're going to do so regardless of what the city does.
