Rams signed No. 2 overall pick LG Greg Robinson to a four-year contract. Although he was a mauling left tackle at Auburn, Robinson will begin his NFL career at left guard. HOFer Jonathan Ogden and longtime Colts LT Tarik Glenn both took the same early-career route. Robinson is eventually ticketed for the blindside in St. Louis, where Jake Long is a short-term fix. As a rookie, Robinson and Long will form a formidable left side for the Rams. A sensational athlete for his size (6-foot-5, 332 pounds), Robinson doesn't turn 22 until October.
