I would rather suspend him for the entire season, but I agreewith the one who said the whole team does not need to be punished for one man's crime.
 

What will a suspension do to an owner?  He's already handed over operations to his daughter, so for all intents and purposes, the only thing a suspension would do is block him from the facilities for a season.  Fining him is the only penalty that will have any teeth.
