Just read this article and was wondering what you would give up for Berry. Not saying KC would trade him but what would you offer if they would listen to a trade offer. I think he could be a top 2 or 3 FS in the league and make the transition for SS to FS pretty easy the way Ed Reed did early in his career. Its a young man's game, I assume they will address Free Safety position in this upcoming draft as we can all agree Josh Evans isnt the future.

A 5 year veteran expecting a huge contract and having to trade away draft picks in the hopes of changing his role from SS to FS has too much risk versus benefit for Dave Caldwell to make in my opinion.
