Protein and Creatine are probably the only supplements necessary, and even protein powder is mainly used for its convenience.You would get just as shredded in 12 weeks from post/ pre workout meals, instead of post/ pre workout supps.


Pre workouts/ thermogenics might be worth it for the added energy, but with all the recent rumors about Pre workouts being bad for you, im not so sure.
