It really depends on what your goal might be and what your genetics might be. I work out and eat healthy. In just doing that I am a very fit 6'3 180, aka skinny. It's just my natural build. I have a hard time gaining weight. I have eaten 3000 calories a day and still been unable to gain. I take protein and creatine and can get around 190. I could cut out cardio and gain but I would be sacrificing the health benefits of the cardio. |
