How Serious Do You Take Sports?

I have coached youth sports the last few years. I try to teach the kids to work hard and listen. But to also play as a team and have fun. Some of the opposing coaches take it so serious you would think they had a shot at the Rose Bowl on the line not an under8 flag football game. I have been fortunate with the parents that I have had so far but have heard some horror stories.
