He did the new stadium but he also developed around the stadium as well. I can't wait to see what the shipyards will become. Those shipyards are a goldmine that have taken way too long to be developed. I was actually hoping Khan was going to buy that empty condominium complex downtown and developed that as well. I'm sure it would cost a pretty penny to develop, but would have been a great building on the river once done. |
