"Deserving" is just a personal opinion of mine and others based on his selfless character over the years. Like other athletes, yes, he does donate time and money to several worthwhile causes. But, in an age of NFL diva's, Andre is a breath of fresh air in the way he conducts his business and thus, in my opinion, "deserves".
