Most of your stud TE are from non-playoff teams. On quick scan on NFL.com I believe 8 of the top 10 were NOT on playoff teams.


Hell, Seattle's best TE was ranked 32.


You don't NEED a stud receiver at TE to be a playoff team.
On the other foot you have teams like The 49ers,Falcons and Saints that have been good for consecutive years and owe a lot of that success to their Te's.
