He loaded up the thrower and asked me if I wanted to give it a shot. "Sure" I said. I wasn't used to the heft of the gun and length of the butt stock. I swung it up, got the pigeon sighted in and killed it. Unfortunately the gun wasn't firmly against my shoulder and the top of the receiver kicked into my nose. It was just like getting sucker punched. Man that hurt. I think he had high brass shells in it too, which didn't help matters. I never shot that thing again. :no: |
