Bucs- Testaverde

Colts- George

Browns - Couch

Texans Carr

Bengals- Palmer

49ers- Smith

Raiders -Russell

Lions- Stafford

Rams- Bradford

Panthers-Newton

 

Then you got mid tier 1st overall QBs

 

Pats- Bledsoe

Falcons- Vick

Giants- Eli

Colts-Luck (? could move to elite)

 

Top tier 1st overall QBs

 

Steelers- Bradshaw

Broncos- Elway

Cowboys-Aikman

Colts-Manning

 

 

It just shows you it doesn't matter where you pick you QB as long as you hit and this class is deep.  Most of those 1st overall picks wasn't even the best QB in their class.  I do think Teddy will be good but I don't think he will be in that top tier list.
