It's funny that you look at me like everyone looks at you.  You more often than not have taken the extreme side of things to "win" a discussion.  You are being irrational in this case.  In 99% of the cases, a male should not hit a female.  It shouldn't even cross the guys head, and if it does I feel like you have an issue.  You have an aggression issue, and hitting a female can only lead to worse things.
