I've watched some video of him too and the thing that took me by surprise is his burst. I kind of had him pegged as this big power back without much speed. He is a big guy but he has a great burst through the line. He is actually morr like Fred Taylor than MJD although obviously he is not to Freddie's level. I read somewhere that coaches were even commenting about being surprised by his quickness. I am a little concerned about hom staying healthy given that he hasn't had to be the primary ball carrier since college, but as you say, we'll see.
