And Mariota has like 3 times the amount of 0-5 yard passes than Bridgewater. I mean two games ago his entire TD stat line consisted of two screen pass TDs and a 1 yard rushing touchdown. Bridgewater is absolutely amazing in the roll out.

 Playing with pain is a testament to his toughness. Giving yourself up for a sack could be a sign for maybe having pocket awareness issues. The kid is a good QB, but I don't see enough to make me want to draft him over Clowney. Mariota, on the other hand, is a guy I could see with the number 1 pick. Admittedly, I had the pre-conceived notion about Mariota that he was simply a running QB that thrived on short passes. After seeing more of him, I could see this kid as being a star in the NFL. Yes, Oregon's offense has a great deal of bubble screens, and WR screens, but it's the other throws that he makes that shows me he has it in him to be a drop-back passer. There are plays where he is supposed to throw one of those quick screens, but he'll quickly decipher that the defense is playing the screen, and will go through his progressions and hit a receiver downfield. His accuracy is even better than Bridgewater's, too, IMO.
