I think a LA team is a fantasy. The NFL has tried the "LA Experiment" twice, one team being the Raiders, and it failed miserably. Teams will continue to use the threat of LA as a means to force their current cities to foot the bill on new stadium projects. San Antonio on the other hand is a real possibility. Tom Benson was a half step away from moving the Saints to SA after Katrina.
