The concern I would have from a Jaguars perspective is would it be in the team's best interest to have yet another Offensive Coordinator and likely another Offensive System?    While there's going to be several new starters on Offense for the Jaguars,  including at QB,    the remaining players would have to start over yet again.    

 

Fisch is on I believe a one year contract.  I believe that Bradley was waiting for better candidates to be available.  Would it be better for the Jaguars to keep Fisch for one more year, then force their young QB to switch systems a year in?  Or better for the Jaguars to cut ties with Fisch and bring in a new OC with their new QB?  Of course ideally Fisch would be a success, and we keep him and his system.  However, I think that the best time for change may be now when we're getting a new QB, rather than after we've already gotten him.
