What Was The Point That You Started To Realize That Gene Smith Wasn't A Good Gm?
|
Pete Prisco thought the world of Gene, and I believed him. Monroe first pick solid, I'm ok with Eban Britton another guy that people might be a first rounder. Knighton ok, But then a trade of a 2 for another 3. Wasn't crazy about that.
I was in a restaurant when the Jags drafted Alualu. You could hear everyone say "Who?", then the word about SF wanting t trade with us but we were locked in. And 4 straight Defensive Linemen, I had doubts but believed. Was excited about Gabbert until I saw him play. And then in 2012 I was in Suns stadium with crappy wifi trying to follow draft and when Angers Name appeared followed by "PT". I thought what the hell is a PT? Then it dawned on me..... Punter. |
