Notre Dame isn't a good job.  There are too many academic restrictions to get consistent top level talent.  Their administration won't budge.

 

Oregon is a good job for the right coach.  Nike brings a lot of power.

 

I think Florida/Texas/USC is a toss up for the top spot.  Both prime recruiting grounds....but I would give the nod to Florida.  The talent here, in my opinion, is second to none.
