Looking at Monroe in shorts at the OTAs doesn't show whether or not the guy will cut block when the pads go on, so the idea that he had all this time to evaluate and move him before the draft doesn't fly. You also keep insinuating that they didn't get good value and that's pure speculation on your part. So, in effect, you are CHOOSING to see the trade as bad when you have no factual proof that it is. Point of fact, the Cardinals trade for for their left tackle contributes some evidence that Caldwell got good value in return for Monroe.
