This year's draft is a bit different than previous years. The depth at RB is pretty horrible, so I drafted all of my WRs and RBs in the first 6-7 rounds. There's a lot of depth at QB, and Nick Foles is pretty underrated in my opinion, but I haven't seen anyone really go for him. The main thing you want to do is research. Try to go for feature RBs, the ones who will get 20+ carries a game. Research in fantasy goes a long way. I've been switching back and forth each round between RB and WR, dependent on who is available. Most people can't fight the urge not to grab Peyton, Rodgers, or Brees, but fight the urge for a more balanced team. You don't want to be screwed when someone goes down. Also, one of the more important things, pay attention to the bye weeks. You want to actually be able to replace your starters with your drafted backups. Pick your defense and kickers last. There are some TEs who are worthy of early round picks. Again, research will point you in the right direction.
