Brady, easily.  He  might so slightly better than last year, but he has no WR's and they loaded up at RB.

 

My rank in a 12-team PPR is probably:

1. Manning

2. Brees

3. Rodgers

4. Foles

5. Stafford

 

Again, look who Foles will be throwing to this year.  WR: Maclin, Cooper, Matthews, Huff (will surprise) RB: McCoy, Sproles  TE:  Ertz (break-out season), Celek, Casey.

I'd say he has something like 4,500 yards and 35-40 TD if healthy all season.
