With Bortles, pocket presence and movement are considered strengths. Those (along with downfield accuracy) were always question marks with Gabs.
There are some guys who don't throw because they literally just can't improve their stock.


But this year, there were none of those guys. Bortles was confident enough in his ability that it would raise his stock. Some players were just avoiding it to stop the bleeding.
