For a QB though, physical size and hand size can be important factors. IIRC, small hand size in addition to having an effect with deeper throws, can lead to more fumbles. 

I totally get what you're saying. The combine can be a great place to double check a lot of questions you may have about a player.

 

Although physical size can be important, it shouldn't be the end all be all. Thats how players like Drew Brees and Russ Wilson go un-noticed.

 

Teddy's deep ball looks just fine to me. That throw he had last night with a free rusher in his face was just nasty.
