Day to day operations, I don't know what that entails, but being "involved" I'd say he's hovering around the top. Maybe that's to Lamping's credit, maybe Shad. Who will ever really know. He is still running his billion dollar company. He is probably in Jacksonville less than you realize. He trusts his executives (Lamping, Caldwell, Bradley) to run the organization without him.
