In listening to him for the past 3 years, I get the sense his real goal is to grow the Jacksonville market to the point where we're competing with the big markets on every level.  In other words,  he wants to take this market and make it a medium or even big market team.  He's lived his entire life as an underdog, and this franchise mirrors what he's about right where it is.  It's not going anywhere.
