While I give the Seahawks worlds of credit for their decision to draft Russell Wilson in Round 3 a couple of years ago,  that decision likely saved them from a major mistake in giving Matt Flynn a sizeable contract.   Even Joe Philbin,  who was Flynn's Offensive Coordinator in Green Bay,  apparently didn't push for Flynn in Miami.   The only role Flynn appears to be a good fit in is as a backup to Aaron Rodgers in a Packers Offense with good overall personnel.
