Well it's somewhat of an unfair comparison since we've now seen Bortles playing against NFL players, albeit preseason.  And we know how good he has looked.

 

For as good as Winston looked, I'll be curious to see how he does this next season.  He's lost some good talent at the skill positions and now teams will have a chance to do some scouting on him.  He's got a great arm.  That's where the elite talent is.  But to nitpick, he does have a bit of a windup.  And isnt overly athletic.  He isnt a statue but you dont want him running outside the pocket either.  We've seen many prospect's stocks fall a little after we see more and more of them.
