Henne is 4-4 in his last 8 as starting QB of that 2013 Jags bunch....

 

If Blaine Gabbert (who might be the worst QB in the modern era of the NFL) can fetch draft choices in a trade, then a QB who went 4-4 in his last 8 could certainly fetch a deal, especially to a desperate team that just lost its starter.
