Waited a little long to get a backup QB but I think Bortles will be starting by week 10 when Brady has his bye, if not there are a few capable starters available.

On paper it looks like a very good FF team for a 12 team league. You have a big time QB, RB, and WR, which is the exception, not the norm in a 12 team league. If J. Charles is relatively healthy for most games, on paper your team looks real promising.
