Bortles' footwork is still an area he needs work on. He will get better. Right now Henne needs to start but Bortles will not sit the bench all year. Trust in the plan, the plan may change, but we have what appears to be a great up and coming GM. Pair that with a good coach and an owner who will throw $$ to make things happen and we have ourselves a competitive football team sooner rather than later
