You don't draft a QB at #3 overall (especially when you have a lot of issuses at other key positions on the team) unless you #1 really need a franchise QB that can play this year #2 have total confidence in the QB that you are drafting is NFL ready to play this season.

Trust me Blake Bortles will play this year well before week 8, because we do all know what to expect of Chad Henne... That doesnt mean he cant all suprise us, which I would be fine with but I doubt it.

I think Blake might play as early as week 3.
