I knew I was right to be suspicious of the whole "Brewster put on weight and got stronger" spiel that happened around OTAs.

He might have put on weight around his midsection, but he's still getting pushed around by DTs on too many plays. If he's stronger - it's not showing up on the field. Couple that with the bad snaps and late snap/penalty, and it's easy to see why he slid down the depth chart.

Yep. Guy's been getting put on his rear since the 2012 Senior Bowl. He just doesn't hold up well.
