Or Blake and Gus could be the 2010s version of Brady and Belicheat 

 

I mean... plenty of coaches have long tenures, even without winning A LOT... Jeff Fisher was with Oilers/tacks for a long time. And they lost a lot more than they won... (11 non-winning seasons, .500 or below out of 17 seasons with that franchise, plus 2 losing season in St Louis)

 

I honestly could see Bradley here for 10+ years, even if we don't win a Superbowl in that time, but he will need to get us to the playoffs at least.

 

But yes, it is the nature of the biz.... One day... the GREAT BILL BELICHEAT will even get canned.
