I mean... plenty of coaches have long tenures, even without winning A LOT... Jeff Fisher was with Oilers/tacks for a long time. And they lost a lot more than they won... 

 

I honestly could see Bradley here for 10+ years, even if we don't win a Superbowl in that time, but he will need to get us to the playoffs at least.

 

But yes, it is the nature of the biz.... One day... the GREAT BILL BELICHEAT will even get canned.
 

It wouldn't surprise me for Belicheat to retire when Brady does. Gotta maintain that mystique of being a great coach.

 

Gus might do the same thing. In 15 years when it's time for Bortles to retire Bradley might just follow him.
