This reminds me of the many years that NFL Sunday Ticket would blackout games scheduled for local TV. Yet,  there were times when the early game on local TV would run into the start of the late game. Hence, the people with NFL Sunday Ticket wouldn't be able to see the beginning of the late game if they didn't live in a home market of the teams in that game. In recent years,  NFL Sunday Ticket has corrected this. I hope you get the same satisfaction with the situation mentioned in this thread.

 

I had DirecTV when I lived in Ohio. When the Jaguars played against the Browns or Bengals, I could only watch the game on WBNS Channel 10 (Columbus CBS affiliate). For all other Jaguars games not played at night, I needed NFL Sunday Ticket. The only downside of this was the NFLST channel changed every week, which didn't make any sense.

 

Unfortunately, only one cable provider operates in my area, so I Bam stuck with a bad company because TV satellites are not allowed where I live for cosmetic reasons. It  usually does not affect my ability to watch Jaguars games, but I had to miss the Chargers game last year. I am just glad I did not miss one of our three wins.

 

OK, enough about TV coverage problems. Let's get on to the game we are all waiting for!
