You pretty much described the majority of Colts fans. Sure, the media hypes Luck to the hilt, but he has carried a rebuilt team so far. Most Colts fans see that Luck has room, and the tools to advance. He is in no way elite right now, and neither is Bortles, but you can see the way they never stop looking down field that they have what it takes to achieve elite status, especially with more complimentary pieces around them. The O-Line has been fairly bad in Indy, and the running game has left a lot of pressure all on Luck. I think this season will answer a lot of questions for both the Jaguars, and the Colts. Will they progress? We shall see, but I don't see either team regressing a lot ... barring key injuries


Richardson? Sure Colts fans wish they could take that one back, but that doesn't mean he couldn't advance. This will be his season, if he doesn't look better this season, then a lot of Colts fans will be all in on cutting our loss. Richardson had his rookie season, and then his trade season. This will be his 2nd season in the same system. I personally don't feel he will progress enough, but you kind of have to give a player 2 seasons, so I will bite my tongue.


Luck deserves some of the hype, but he can do know wrong which I don't get. If he makes a mistake than call it like it is. Bortles has looked good. In fact he has exceeded my expectations by a lot in the preseason. But you won't see me proclaiming anything until he proves it during the regular season. For now we wait...


Don't hold your breath on Richardson. He's a bust and Bradshaw will take over as starter this year if he can stay healthy.
